Crispy chilli beef

Sorry no exact measurements it's just add to your taste. 

Firstly cut some steak into very thin strips. I actually used leftover rare beef from a Sunday dinner. 

Mix a couple of teaspoons each of sesame oil, light soy, 1/2 tsp sugar and and beaten egg. Put the beef in and mix 

Remove the beef from the mixture then coat in enough cornflour to really coat them. 

Fry in hot oil until crispy. Drain on kitchen paper. 

To make the sauce fry garlic, ginger, spring onion, sliced carrot and cashew nuts, then add sweet chilli sauce, light soy and a splash of water. Add the beef then cook until the sauce is a nice consistency.
