This is what I use for dressing a coleslaw...hope it ain’t too weird... measurements are to taste.... a good dollop of mayo, splash of red wine vinegar (I prefer to the white) sprinkle of sugar and loads of cracked black pepper..... Corrie M
Anchovy Vinaigrette, I had this on a side salad in New York, it's pretty simple but a must for seafood lovers. Blitz olive oil, white wine vinegar, salt & pepper, 2 anchovies plus a little of the oil, Dijon mustard and a shallot, Mmmmmmmm! Lee E
