Handy tip for leftover coconut milk

Ever find you have leftover coconut milk?

Put it in an ice cube tray and when frozen place in a bag in your freezer.

Then use the cubes as and when you need them.  Great thing is you always have a little bit if you need to add a bit more to a recipe.
