Sticky BBQ pork ribs and chicken wings

1 dozen pork ribs
6 chicken wings cut in half
250g BBQ Hoisin sauce
2 tbsp rice wine or dry sherry
100ml chicken stock
2 tbsp honey
Sesame seeds
Coriander
Limes

Mix the BBQ hoisin sauce, stock and sherry together and coat the ribs and wings. 
Place in an oven proof dish and cover with tin foil
Cook in oven at 200•c covered for 30 mins
Turn and put back in the oven for another 30 mins or until the sauce goes sticky
Turn every 10 mins 
Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with sesame seeds
Cook for another 15 mins
Sprinkle with chopped coriander and squeeze over the limes.
