Creamy garlic chicken

 
An Easy Peasy Tasty dinner!! - excuse the pun!
 
 
 
You will need:
1 chicken breast
25g Light Philadelphia
1/4 cup 1% milk
little squirt of garlic puree
1/2 cup of frozen peas
sprinkle of dried parsley or if you have the real thing even better

Method:
 
Cook the chicken breast using the method of your choice, fry in a non stick pan, poach, oven bake, it doesn't matter.  I like to cook mine using Garlic Maggi Papyrus paper.
 
 
Set the chicken aside to rest, then add the Philadelphia and garlic to a pan and use the milk to let it down to a saucy consistency.
 
Add the peas and cook until they warm through, then add the parsley.
 
Slice the chicken and add to the sauce and stir.
 
Serve with low fat fried new potatoes and lots of veg!
